Mrs Hadley, Deputy Headteacher and Careers Leader - Mrs Hadley is one of our Deputy Headteachers and responsible for curriculum. She is also the school’s Careers Leader. Working alongside Mrs Cant, Mrs Hadley can support you with your options at both Post 16 and Post 18. Mrs Hadley is available to offer support with your GCSE and A Level curriculum and potential subject choices.

Mrs Cant, Careers Advisor - Mrs Cant is your ‘go to’ person for any careers advice or questions you may have. If you would like to arrange a 1:1 appointment please do so via the student portal and clicking on the 'Careers Advice' tile. Her email address is:- a.cant@lutterworthcollege.com

Mrs Cant can support with Post 16 study options, apprenticeships, work experience etc. and has plenty of careers information available. She can offer advice and guidance when making those important career decisions. Her office can be found in H block, near the Drama studio.

Aspire Career sessions run every Monday lunchtimes in The Laurels Building, Room 01, with Mrs Cant from 1:30-2pm.

In these sessions we work with students to explore their career options and future pathways. As a school we are using START to support these sessions, which is an online careers platform designed to connect students across all year groups with their future career potential. There are thousands of careers out there and this website gives students a chance to see which ones could work for them.

We are also proud to provide bespoke Careers Handbooks to all students in Years 11-13.

These are packed full of information including useful websites, Apprenticeship information, Post 16 & Post 18 options, Local Labour Market Information, and CV & covering letter examples etc.
