START Online Careers Platform
For all students in Years 7-13
As a school we currently use START to support Careers Education, which is an online careers platform designed to connect students across all year groups with their future career potential.
There are thousands of careers out there and this website gives students a chance to see which ones could work for them. There are lots of activities, resources and information on the START website which will help students to explore their career options, work on their employability skills or decide whether an apprenticeship or university route may be for them.
START enable students to create their own structured profile and ensure they find the right information at the right time by using the Start Framework activities.

Shortly START will be replaced by Xello - more information to follow.
All students are still welcome to come along to the Aspire careers drop-in sessions in the Careers Office on Mondays from 1:30-2pm and speak to me about anything careers-related. Alternatively students can make an appointment for a 1:1 meeting via the Student Portal and clicking on the Careers Advice tile. I have plenty of careers information available and can offer impartial advice and guidance when making those important career decisions.
